All the contacts you imported during your 35-Day Trial will remain safely stored in the app. You can still search for them, view their notes, and the Overlay will continue to recognize them when they call.

Since the LITE version allows up to 1,000 contacts, you are well under the limit and can continue adding up to 400 more new contacts for free.

The Overlay is the floating window that appears when your phone rings. It instantly displays the caller's name and your saved notes, even if they aren't in your standard phone book.

You can fully customize it by going to Settings > Design Overlay. You can change its background color (to match your brand or use Dark Mode) and move its position (Top, Center, Bottom) so it never blocks your phone's native "Answer" button.

MemoCallPro provides 6 color-coded tags (Red, Orange, Green, Blue, Purple, Gray). You can rename them to fit your workflow in Settings > Manage Call Tags (e.g., Red = "Spam", Green = "VIP Client").

Yes! When editing a contact, look at the bottom for the Metadata section. You can add fields like Company, Address, or Email. If you add an Email, a quick-action button will appear to email them instantly. If you add a Website, a quick-action button will open your browser.

Tap the Switchboard Icon (or "Filtering Status") in the top right menu of the main screen. You can select:

• 🟢 Force Open: Allow all calls through (even spam will just show a warning instead of being blocked). You can set a timer (e.g., "Open for 2 hours").
• 🔴 Do Not Disturb (DND): Block absolutely everything. Sends all calls to voicemail.
• ⚪ Pause: Temporarily disable all filtering rules.
• 🌴 Dynamic Holiday Mode: When you close your switchboard for holidays, you can now select your exact return date. If you are on vacation, the automated "Next Opening" SMS sent to your clients will smartly read your return date and reply: "Our office is closed. We will return on [Your Date] at [Your Opening Hour]."

Yes. Go to Settings > Agenda Settings > Sync Calendar. Select your Google account (or Samsung Calendar). All appointments created in MemoCallPro will be instantly copied to your Google Calendar.

You can schedule your appointments by voice in natural language using the format "Reason Date Time". For example: "Dentist appointment July 16th 2:30 PM". You can also use your phone's spoken time format, it works just as well.

You can also add an alarm (reminder) via voice input thanks to the intelligent system. For example: "Alarm for appointment in 5 days", automatically adding the reminder.

You can send automated reminders to all clients scheduled for tomorrow in one click.

Go to Settings > Agenda Settings > SMS Template to craft your message. Use placeholders like [CLIENT], [DATE], and [TIME]. MemoCallPro will auto-fill these details.

Note for Google Play users: Due to Google's strict privacy policies, the app will open your default SMS app pre-filled for each client, and you just have to tap "Send".

MemoCallPro is smart. When sending batch SMS, it automatically skips fixed landline numbers. If you have a client with a mobile number who doesn't want SMS, edit their contact card, go to Metadata, add a key named SMS and set its value to NO. They will be silently skipped during batch sending.

You don't need to manually enter holidays! You can ask an AI (ChatGPT, Claude) to generate them, and paste them straight into MemoCallPro.

MemoCallPro turns your phone into a highly secure, local Web Server. You don't need the internet, just a local Wi-Fi connection.

1. In MemoCallPro, go to the main menu > Advanced Features > Start Web Server.
2. Tap Show PC Access to get your IP Address (e.g., http://192.168.1.15:8080).
3. Type this exact address into the web browser on your computer.

Security: The first PC to connect is automatically "Trusted". Any other PC trying to connect will be blocked until you manually approve their IP address from the phone app (Menu > Connected Clients).
